Hi! I can help you with this script. I have experience with OneNote interop using C# but I know same is possible using autoit script (did kind of similar thing for MS Word some time ago). If you need this done really fast (like several hours) - I can do C# exe which you can then call from AutoIt. if you are not in hurry - with autoit it is a bit more complicated so it will take me a day approx to create this script for you.
