Install a VPN over L2TP Linux Suse 9.3

We are looking for someone who can install on a Linux machine with Suse 9.3 a VPN over L2TP. Authentification from the client side with username and password - no keys! At the moment is installed: - IPsec - Freeswan - PPP - L2TP - Ratoon I guess there is a small miss config in the conf files. Not sure! At the moment you can start L2tp, but I am not able to get a VPN connection. On this machine is as well OpenVpn running. OpenVpn and L2TP should run togehther. I have to connect some VOIP phones over L2TP with the server. Now I am not able to connect the phones, Windows or an Apple Iphone with the server. Payment after the phone is connected.
