Moving a website and a SQL Database to another server

I have to move my website and a SQL database from a vserver to a decicated server. During this time the website has to be online and all datas has to be up to date from the SQL database. Will change the DNS from the vserver to deticated server. The problem is, the SQL database is receiving new datas all the time. The same and the new databse (deticated server) has to be up to date all the time. We can use another domain (at the dedicated server) to replicate the datas from the vserver to the new server. After the DNS record is done, we need only the database from the deticated server, which includs all datas from the vserver. Somebody told me Server A is Master and the new one Slave. The new database shall get the same database name, user and PW. Supplier must be online via Skype, gives support 2 days after the new website is active. Supplier make backups from the databse. Configure some mailboxes (4 or 5), do the Firewall settings.
