I have an application that is used to record shoutcast streams to disk and split media files in regular intervals. ? Depending of the stream type, it will record mp3 or aac files (for mp3 streams or aacplus streams). Problem arises when I want to play aac files with media player and orban aac plugin; since my stream recorder splits files at regular time intervals, not caring about aac frames, decoder sometimes fails. Idea is that recorder should split files at regular time intervals honoring aac frames and making each recorded file have regular aac frame at the very beginning. ## Deliverables As stated above, I need a modification to my application that will make it cut aacplus media files at regular frame intervals. ? I have attached a part of the project code, so you can be familiar with it, and also have attached an piece of code for detecting the AAC frames. Please engage me in on-line converstation through the site so I can make sure that you can complete that task and that we can clear up all of the missunderstandings that might arise.
