URGENT WEBSITE DEISGN

Need someone interested in real estate market with good examples who can essentially redo our website which is currently down and have it up and running in 24 hours....time and cost, not to mention quality, are big factors. We are located canada so need someone from western hemisphere on same time zone, or someone who assures us they will work through our night and have made serious progress by morning. Have general concept, and looking for someone with lots of creativity, skill and talent. Require flash box intro (must build images) and then a 15 page site. Content and images ready to go. Will not pay over $60 Canadian so don't bother bidding if you're not interested in doing it for less. URGENT - 24 hour timeline... 2 designers have already been given project over the last 6 days and we have nothing. It's imperative that this be done immediately and started in the next hour.
