Simple website design template/CSS

I am looking for someone who can create a basic website for me. I basically only need a template that I can use for each of the pages, so if you can create it mostly in CSS that may be preferable. If you request a sample of what I am trying to clone, I will send it to you via PMB. Here is what I need: - Basic site design, CSS template that I can add my own content to. - Header or logo graphic and a few other small graphics, nothing too in-depth, just a few simple graphics. Because this will be a business website, I need full copyright for the design and images once complete. I can give you credit for helping and can give you a link to your website or portfolio on my resources page though. :) I can provide more information through PMB if requested. If you need more money than my budget, specify in PMB and we will work something out. Please PLEASE provide samples of your work.
