Online learning platform ( progressive web app )

About project Looking for a full stack developer to build an online learning platform using PWA tech, think of [login to view URL] we have the designs in figma. The platform will include instructors and clients both will have profiles and can be interacted with. Instructors will have their own tools and functionally separated from clients features. Instructor features As an instructor I can set-up my profile and build a program where I can upload videos to a calendar creating a 4 week program, pricing it and uploading it to the marketplace of the project. In addition, I can create private programs and send them to private clients and I can dynamically modify them in the future. Client features As a client I can set-up my profile and find programs that are suitable for my goal or find an instructor which has a specific program and he can build a special program specifically for me. After purchasing the program I can watch daily videos the instructor created and finish them based on the duration of the program. Goals I’m looking for a fast and smooth progressive web app that does not bug and functionally works as butter with 93% performance when auditing in google lighthouse dev tool. Moreover, An admin panel to control the website system and database. Terms of work Projects cannot be shared and posted in the developer profile even in completion. In addition, I will only show the designs once we have a final agreement.
