The programmer will have to be able to work extraordinarily harmoniously with other technical experts who will be dictating functional goals to be achieved for the purposes of the business the system exists to support. The website will interface with every American insurance consumer, and its user interface and design must be phenomenally intuitive and compelling. Therefore, the programmer must be able to work extraordinarily harmoniously with design and marketing experts who will be dictating related objectives. I want a programmer who takes obsessive pride in the quality and perfection of their code, but is also wicked fast. This person needs to be willing to relocate for at least 1 year, and live in isolation with the development team for 3-5 months working 14-16 hrs/day. This person will need to demonstrate significant leadership and management skill, and be eagerly self-improving since they will need to be able to manage and sustain a highly motivated team.
