Need a template for web page

I need a template for a Logo Design Company. You need to follow my drawing and instructions : I know it's not a lot of money but if you win I will hire you to design the others pages of the website and also give you more work when the project start. ## Deliverables - You can choose the colors you think are more relevant, but I'd like something crear (white or grey background). I want something simple but look very profetionnal. - Header (1) : the company name will use 5 digits, you can use a temporary logo or create a simple one if you like. I need 8 links to others pages on this header. - Slider (2) : on this area I will put a javascript effect to slide between the logos (something like [login to view URL] , but with 2 arrows on each side to switch between images) - (3) : 3)a : On this area I will explain the 3 steps of the creating process. For each step there is a number ( surrounded maybe) and an image in each column. First : image showing hands taping on a keyboard, Second : 3 diefferents logo but for the same company ( invented), Third : 3 DIfferents versions of one of the previous logo. On each column I need to put a text of 100 caracters (approx.) 3)b : on this area I will put the price ( 3 digits ) and some text. This part will be quite flashy so the visitor will see it easily - (4) this area contain a lot of text, follow ths same organisation as the image ( 4)a and 4)b different ).
