Fix Very Basic One Page Dreamweaver Site for Desktop & Mobile

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS IF YOU HAVE NOT FULLY READ THE BRIEF. I have a basic one page live website (worldview dot com dot au) that I built in Dreamweaver. I was able to drag and drop upload to my website host because it was just a single html file (no CSS or Site Folder). Now I want to add a logo to the web page, change the font and also make sure the page displays well as HTML5 on mobile devices but I do not have the skills required to create the assets and upload via FTP I need someone to: -Add the worldview logo to the design following the visual reference file (attached). - Change the font to Georgia and improve the line spacing, layout and scale on the page. -Build fresh web assets in Dreamweaver with thorough testing. - Show me a desktop/mobile test site working perfectly and loading quickly on your server so I can approve the design. - Upload the file to my host (iinet) using FTP etc info I will provide so that my old site is replaced with the new site. - Directly provide me a copy of all assets created as a backup so that I can easily re-publish or change the site. The website must display across all browsers/devices to best industry practice. If it makes sense to build the desktop site in HTML5 please do that. DESIGN Please follow my 'visual reference'. Really I just need things to look more a little more polished (e.g. I know my line spacing in HTML needs a tweak). It is also fine if you want to also include ADDITIONAL design versions for a new basic design (e.g. dark colour background in the mobile version) but it is not important and please make sure you do my the 'visual reference' version first. Any design must be very very simple and clean without adding any new elements. This is just a placeholder website so I don't want out too be complex. Use your best judgement on how to layout the mobile version. TERMS This is a work for hire contract where I will own everything that you create and at the end of the project you will need to provide me with an elements/info folder with everything needed for me to redesign the website at a later stage. BIDDING At the start of your bid/replylease include the first name of the person at your company who will be in charge of the contract or i will not look at your bid. Also please direct me to a simple, clean website homepage you have created for desktop and mobile and tell me a) when you did the work b) the name of the client and c) the name of the person at the client company you dealt with. This is a very simple task and I need it done quickly and professionally. I DO NOT have time to bug test your mistakes and expect you to get all technical matters right the first time. If it looks like you are not `100% experienced and competent when I see your test site I will cancel the job immediately and hire someone locally. If you do a good job then maybe we can work together on the upcoming website. Thanks.
