Contest Brief

I'm looking for a simple and classy business card design for my media business.

Please see the attached mock up that I have made which includes all the design elements/copy but you do not have to follow it. Please take it just as an indication that I want something simple and stylish. My mock up is simple but not stylish. I am hoping you can take it in a more stylish direction.

I want to keep it simple, clean and slick feel so please don't create new elements that change the core logo/branding. I think it just needs something simple, for example, a new layout and/or a slight change to the feel to the background (but keeping it basically the dark grey feel you see in the mock up).

Please definitely DO NOT add any technology/media/video/communications etc type of icons. They look amateur. It is not about technology. It is a brand.

Further notes;

- Interested in smaller than usual size business cards and/or rounded corners.
- Want a generally grey matt feeling background.
- Am open to using special paper/plastic etc media for printing ... please specify any recommendations.
-NOTE!!! My PSD mock up logo & circle emblem shape are not clean/correct/accurate –use the AI file and build with that from scratch please!!!!
- Logo text colour is not super-super important but following my website style is recommended and where the whole logo is shown the blue dot should be kept as close as possible to the logo on my website.
- I am just a little more flexible about colours of the circle shape on the back of the card.
- A little flexible on the font used for my personal details but I've attached the font used in the logo design and think that is a safe choice.

Please don't try too hard or make the design too busy or different. Simple and stylish is all I need.

Deliver to best practice format required by my printer.

- Logo AI file (must use this NOT the PSD file)
- PSD text copy/rough mock up.
- Logo font
