Chatroom needed to be created

I am in need of a chatroom to be made. The site is a special one and like a speed dating site. There would have to be one chat room with rotating profiles every 3 minutes. The person is a one on one chat with a profile of the opposite sex and then after 3 mintues it rotates to the next person of the opposite sex. The profile of the person chatting should be visible on the rhs of the screen and only profiles with pictures are allowed. There needs to be a payment system to purchase time frame. 3 minutes......$20 5 minutes.....$30 etc......... For Singles only. Male and female. Please contact me and let me know if you can create.
