What you have mentioned here is an eCommerce platform , so to answer your question , YES your staff will have an admin dashboard from which they can manage the entire platform and all the products ( Add/ Edit / Delete ) Your customers can search based on categories , preferences, types and find a product and once they click they will land on the full product page mode that will have description and pictures of the products. They can add it to their CART and checkout after paying online. Once a payment has been made , they key would be automatically sent to the customer along with a payment invoice ( automatically generated ) to both you and the customer. You can track all your sales from the backend Dashboard .
