Reliable and fast hosting services in India

Please supply me a list of 20 reliable and inexpensive Indian hosting companies, ranked by reliability (show years in service) and cost. I want to be able to pay with a credit card. My websites are currently hosted with Godaddy.com. I want to send emails to around 150 potential affiliates a day. But Godaddy regards this as spamming. I want hosting companies who would be tolerant to this low level of mailout. Please contact each firm on your list to ensure this low level of mailout is acceptable, and what their policies on spamming are. So the list should show company name, website address, reliability rating, speed of uploading my site to visitors (slow, medium, fast), monthly cost, pay with credit card?, confirm low mailout OK, spamming policy. And any other information you believe is pertinent to my aims.
