Description: This should be an easy project for an experienced ghostwriter. You will write, create and put together an entire comprehensive manual for a complete novice to SET Up and RUN their own Beauty & Hair Salon Business in Italy to include barbing salons,Pedicure and Manicure (Beautician). This will need to include Step by step procedures, document templates and a number of standard letters. I will expect the manual to deal with areas such as Starting up business planing (which should cover the following topics) Business Discription, Goals and Objectives, Critical sucess factors, competitors analysis,(Imagine that you are going into a market that its already populated) marketing (In Italy) distributors equipments pricing setting up business web site You will need to research each section and provide the wording of the manual. SPECIFIC SKILLS OF GHOSTWRITER: 1. Basic Knowledge of salons is a major plus. 2. Previous experience writing a "how to" a plus. 3. Ability to incorporate examples of above topics with writing. 4. Ability to create excitement and energy in the writing. 5. Ability to provide resources with the writing. TIMEFRAME: Upon project acceptance, I would like for writing to be completed within 30 days if possible. Revisions can be made within the 30 day time frame and up to 2 weeks after completion. LENGTH OF MANUAL: The length of the manual should be a minimum of 100 pages give or take,which is, not including the ancillary pages i.e. Title page, Disclosure, table of contents, reference page and delivered in word format, Arial font, 12pt, single spaced. GRAPHICS: Graphics are a plus, but will not be counted in the length of the manual. There should be as many graphics you can find that are relevant. All images must be your own original work, 100% royalty free or you must get written permission from the owner for use of the image. All images should be in either .jpg or gif format LEGAL: All work done will be 100% your original work, there will be no copyright infringement issues. I will own full copyright authorities of the completed book/maual. The acceptance of your bid binds you to the terms listed.
