Fix some bugs and some quick changes on existing aspx .net webapplication

Pls dont award before discussing. I have gone through with the attached image and understand your problem as well. You are expecting a notification email which you are not getting and when user is initiating the steps they are not getting the thank you popup as well. This is really not good to hear that your developer suddenly leave you with bugs in the application. I am ready to start work with you to help you in this problem. There may various option for the error: 1. First of all I want to inform you that "Server Error. Please try later" - is always does not mean that it is coming for the SMTP server. It may your developer has used this alert for some exception. 2. Now, the thing is that if I am assume that this is happening due to SMTP server in that case it will be 451 Temporary server error. Please try again later. Error Description: This response is sent by the SMTP server to a remote SMTP Server or SMTP client to indicate that the MailEnable SMTP Server is currently unable to complete the transaction or command. There can often be more information contained within the SMTP debug logs for this error. 3. There is always a possibilities of Javascript Error because you are not getting the Pop_Up as well. I am assuming that your developed has used Javascript function to show the Pop-Up. Whatever the situation it will be this is not a big issue and manageable at any respect. So, can you please give me a chance to look into your source code?
