Magento Store w/ ebay Integration

Hello All, Please write the word *YES* before to ensure you read this. I need a quote on a Magento eCommerce consignment store that will integrate with eBay. Magento easily integrates to ebay with this [login to view URL] ONLY BID IF YOU DO VERY VERY GOOD DESIGN WORK. This site has to look extremely clean and professional. I would like to see past design and magento ecommerce work. I have attached a very amateur markup of what I'm looking for. I would like you to use your creative judgement for the design process. Under the product will also be a retail price with a line through it and then our price (like on the site referenced above it #3) 5. Categories will be a drop down with women on one side and men on the other and then categories will be under each for ex: Men Women Shirts Shirts Pants Pants Shoes Shoes 6. We will have a rewards program that will be called Closet Space and there will be 3 tiers of rewards entitled "Top Shelf, Middle Shelf, Bottom Shelf" each tier will be reached by points made on consignment items and consignees will have a choice of gift card from noted retailers 7. We want electronic gift cards 8. On product pages there will be additional images under large image and all can be enlarged, button will say add to closet instead of add to cart, there will be add to wish list, and a chart to the right of images like ([login to view URL]) Our tabs will be "Description, Condition, Sizing) 9. Top left of home page will where shopping cart is will have a little closet door next to it instead of basket or cart 10. Users will be able to create an account and login for faster checkout 11. There will be a FAQ page 12. Prices will be able to be converted into different currencies 13. We will also have the print shipping label (via Fedex) like this [login to view URL] 14. We need a web form like this [login to view URL] for customers to sell their items to us 15. We would also need the ebay listing template designed right to fit the integration 16. Will need a quote form email template to send to customers with consignment and buyout quotes for when customers fill out our sell to us form I've attached a very amateur mockup of how I want the site layed out, however, like I said earlier, you can change some of the layout based on your creative judgement.
