need html template for a table with scrollbar

I need a HTML template that is supposed to be part of a python web-application. the template shall be openned when a link called "history" is clicked and show up the log entries of a given database in table format.. A scrollbar on the right side of the table frame is needed, because there might be up to 60-70 entries. This project does not require sophisticated coding of fancy design. However we are looking for someone who can take over other web-based developments from time to time
