Help needed to send forms data from my website to my mail

Hello I am looking for some help with the new website for the hostel i am opening. I have a very basic coding knowledge and never worked with html or js before. For the website i got a template and learned by playing with it. After hundreds of hours, the website is almost the way we want it to be :-) I am having difficulties with the forms- BOOKING and CONTACT. I need your help with sending the forms data to my email address. I want it to be directly from the form by entering submit or send (i dont want it to open the user email account to send it from there, already managed to do that). As you can see in the attachments, the forms are built and ready so it has to be embedded. here is what i need: - Some fields should be mandatory. - A message to apear after clicking submit. - An automated Email to the user. And of course the form data to my email. Apart from a contest for the hostel logo, this is the first time i am looking for help online (learning every day). The website is not online and i have the html, images and all relevant files on my computer only. Please let me know what do i need to upload for this job.
