Ebay listing template

I am looking for a professional experienced freelancer to design, code and implement a ebay listing template (not a store design). I would like the design to be very simple,clean and easy to use. The template does not need to have any categories or search bars etc. I would like to have the functionality and features like, able to add additional images in the description. Have different sections for each information such as returns, shipping details, payment methods etc. I would like to have a few banners showing icons such as payment methods, delivery, customer service etc. Also I would like to show on the bottom of the template, other items I am selling on ebay, sort of like a rotating banner. The template must match the logo of the company, which I will be providing you with. This template must also be compatible with channel adviser.
