I want to create a one page Wordpress site from a photo shop image. Must create all link and clickable image to allow for update and editing the urls to redirect to. Will also have an optin form to be created. It will contain a menu that will lead to the corresponding section on the home page. This site must be fully updatable and customizable once completed. This site must allow for the expansion to a full blog.
