Wordpress // Couponpress Design Customisation HTML into CSS

I have brought the couponpress theme package but need a more customised, slicker feel.. a more designer/GUI with rich user experience and photoshop visual finish. 1. Create the visual look and feel using something like Photoshop. ([login to view URL] or [login to view URL]) 2. Have this design built into HTML/CSS. 3. Integrate that into existing WordPress theme (couponpress) 4. I want the function when u click the coupon code "code&visit website", it will pop up the small new window browser, example like ([login to view URL]) 5. email subscription plugin like ([login to view URL]). 6. The explanation function plugin "how to use a coupon" at the rightside ([login to view URL]) Summary: I want the feature/function similar like ([login to view URL]), but the design outlook feel like ([login to view URL] or [login to view URL]).
