New website CMS Joomla

Hello we would like to get a website that has a clean look not really clean cut like [login to view URL] but a clean look. We would like for it to be made in a CMS program preferably joomla. It should look something like [login to view URL] We had someone working on the site but we were not satisfied with his creativity and tempo, he did not have any experience. We would like a website with a cool banner and also a flash with different photos ([login to view URL]) on the home page. The site should be completely done in maximum 2 weeks, because we have been waiting 1 year to get a guy and he took 1 month to just upload a joomla template and put a picture, he will be sending me the stuff of the bible and some more stuff.
