I need coaching on how to build an e-commerce site in wordpress with a plugin called "Shopp"

I am working on a site that sells salon products. The client wants to use wordpress. I found and paid for a plugin called "Shopp" because I was at a site that used this plugin and site looked and operated similar to what we want for our site. The client basically has as many as 10 choices for a single product so we need drop down menus during the ordering process before they are able to place an order. I know a little about wordpress but pretty new at the whole process. I am learning as I go but pick up on things pretty fast. We need to get this project done fast and so to minimize the learning curve I am seeking out help here now.
