Finish Website Design

I have started a design for a new client and have run into some major time issues in getting it finished and it's giving me a bit of a creative block. They would like the site to be similar in design as this: [login to view URL] but with enough changes that they cannot be upset. Will PBM what I have started so far to anyone I'm interested in. ****PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS***** 1) I have no location preference but you must be able to communicate clearly with me in English so there will be no misunderstandings that amount to more work for you and more money for me. 2) I do not use Skype or Gtalk to communicate. Please only contact through here or via my own personal email once I award project. 3) Payment will not be made until after client approved design. 4) I will not wait hours for a response from you for edits. I understand there are time zone differences but I need communication during the time we are working on this when you are going to be unavailable. There is nothing more frustrating than asking a question and it taking 18 hours to get a response. I do not need you to do interior pages or add content into the HTML. Just create the front page of the design in Photoshop and send me the PSD when completed.
