Get formulas out of the web program and redesign in WP

Please read all the description --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I need you to view the video and view the images attached first --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- then you will understand what I need. 1. I need to find out the formulas behind this online system in the video (you will be given access to it) 2. using these formulas make into my own website (very basic website almost as you see it in the video) KEY POINTS: 1. Data entry screen to be the same as the original one 2. Email must be sent to user and admin 3. if the data can be put straight into infusionsoft that is a massive plus for this to work correctly. 4. the results page will have an embedded video and links to purchase/setup appointment etc. The site is not complex, the only complexity in this project is finding the formulas. You will be expected to show the results using the new verses the old system for comparisons to show similarities in the end results. You are bidding on the complete project through to completion.
