Website Built-Second Posting

We are starting a resume writing service. We would like to model our site off other successful companies sites. We need you to change language, cost structure, pictures, colors, etc. Basically we need to get the beta site up immediately due to resume demand. A simple website to help promote our service will suffice. We do need a basic order form built (collecting name and address info and payment info) but it doesn't need any database integration. We will complete that part. We require that most design elements are based on CSS and reasonably documented.
