Gothenborg Concrete5 Theme

We need a theme for a Concrete5 website. We will provide the design in jpg ready to be converted into html/php/css. It must consist of one page type. See attached files. The menu is a two line menu. Solid line, green color: #A4CB3F Font: Verdana regular Color: 75% black It would be nice if the corresponding images of the page types in Concrete5 (the "icons" shown when adding new pages and choosing page type) matched the page type you will make. The footer needs to be linkable text - the adress to a page where we will put a Google map, and the e-mail adress as a "mailto:" As all the sites have different top graphics, this region must be editable, so we can put the right graphics on each page.
