90411 fix email template for outlook

I need to fix an email template for a client. I'm trying to edit it and have it properly shown on Outlook or any other email applications, but it does not seem to work properly. I need that the content be resizable and template be well seen on Firefox, Internet Explorer, and most important Outlook and email applications, and that clients see the centered and fix background image on the email template when they receive the email, and also that when they print the email, it's not cut on the sides and all content is printed together with logo, horizontal lines and background image. I've tried to have a background image on a TD but it's not seen on outlook when the email is received, but it's seen on IE when you preview the page, it happens the same with the page's background. I need that all these images are seen correctly (of course client would have to allow outlook or any other software to display images) I've attached what I've done but it does not work properly. This template has some tags for a software that inserts names and emails dynamically, they should be there. I've read that creating a template that is seen correctly on Outlook and email software is not the same as creating a web page, you need to do it in a different way, using tables, and several other tips.
