Hello, We at Bista solutions have successfully implemented OpenERP for many of our clients, As the requirement which you are looking at i understand is a plain requirement, but there are other things involve in these plain implementation that is knowing the kind of business you do, the modules you want to implement, providing traing to the group who would be using OpenERP. For the same 250 $ is not the amount on which you are looking at, If you are looking out for a successful implementation and not haphazadous.
