49504 Simple website re-design neede

I need a template made for www.myesd.com. I don't need the whole site made, just a template that I can add my own text and graphics to. The logo and 'bar code' graphics will need to be incorporated in your design. The links that are present on the site are not what will be used in the new site. The following will be needed in a menu - Home - Our Services - Our Clients - Get A Quote - Graphics - About Us - Contact All links MUST be text (NOT graphics). The template must be easily edited using Dreamweaver, based purely on html and css (css must be in an external file, not within the template). This should be a quick and easy job for an experienced designer so please don't give me any inflated quotes and make it very clear in your bid exactly when you'll be able to deliver the template. Also, please give me URLs of any appropriate designs you've made that I could look at and use the PMB to tell me the URL of the website I want re-designed so that I can be sure you've actually viewed it.
