Need Powerfull Link Backs from PR3-PR9

Hello All, I need one way links for my site. Following are the requirements for Link Backs! 1. All white hate NO GREY/BLACK HAT Please..those who are experienced know exactly what I am talking about with no further explanation needed and that is who I want to hire for this project. [login to view URL] way links only (no reciprocal links) [login to view URL] must be permanent, static html links [login to view URL] links placed on a page that includes any Meta-tags like:"ROBOTS" CONTENT="INDEX NOFOLLOW" or CACHE-CONTROL" CONTENT="NO-CACHE" Etc.... 5. All links must be from different Class-C IP addresses 6. . No links from: guestbook’s, classifieds, dynamic inks, link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, directories, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, pornographic or generally black hat sites, Gambling, Sports, Poker, Bingo or related websites 7. All links must be "free" and shouldn't appear in any paid/sponsored link section like "sponsered links", "advertisers", "links", etc or any section of links that will appear as purchased to the search engines. URL must not contain ".../links/" in it. Please give me the price per link and the PR value of the page the link will be on and not the site PR only. Let me know how much per link and how many you can offer as again the links MUST be on a PR3 or better.
