150 "permanent" links, static one-way links from related websites. 50% links to homepage and 50% deep linking to 2-3 other pages. Minimum page rank is PR3. Specifications: NO link farms, free for all links, blacklisted directories etc. NO adult, gambling, pharmacy or similar dodgy sites. NO scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popup’s, intrusive advertising, etc. NO "Under Construction" websites. NO "Black Hat" techniques such as cloaking etc. NO hidden links. NO rel=nofollow links in the code. NO links on pages disallowed by [login to view URL] NO MORE than 30% of the links can be from directories. NO commercial web rings links exchange programs like [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. Links from websites that already link to our website will not be counted. Page with link on it must be PR3 or higher. Links should be on sites relevant to our industry. English language web sites only. Links must be search engine friendly, i.e. static pages, no javascript generated links, no redirects. Links must be permanent. No blogs, classifieds, dynamic links, etc. Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google. Must be a text link. No graphics. Link must not reside on a page with more than 30 outbound links. Only one link per IP/domain. No more than 3 links from the same class C IP. All links should be free and not paid links. One way links only. No reciprocal links will be accepted. We will be checking all links on a fake page rank checker. All the specifications above must be followed. We will supply a list of URLs to link to and the anchor text to use. You will need to submit a list of all link URLs (in Excel format), the PR of the linking page and the IP address of the server. These links must meet ALL the specifications listed above. 50% of the Payment will be made via paypal after all links have been placed and verified. The remaining 50% of payment will be made by paypal only after the links have been cached by Google. We do quite a lot of this kind of thing so I am looking to forge a long term working relationship with someone to do this type of thing for us for different sites.
