hello, I got the point what you require. You need a circuit diagram in which you wish to connect a bulb by a switch and that switch has to be a mosfet or any other transistor switch. Well, transistor switches perform operations in cutoff, active and saturation region and you wish to utilize that principle to control your bulb.
