I need voice and subtitles

Hello, I'm a Creole native speaker and am very proficient in English. I think I may be the best fit for this job because I can provide communicative translation instead of a semantic one, because I'm a native Creole speaker, and I would pay attention to the context and would not provide a word by word translation.
