Fix Out Outlook Plugin

Background: We have a web based application that has similar features to a CRM. It is used to store Contacts, Enquiries, Recruitment Candidates and Franchisee records. We have an Outlook plug-in that we got developed that assists users to quickly upload/archive emails from Outlook to our web CRM system. The plug-in basically takes an existing email in outlook and forwards it to a set email address. Required work: We need 2 small changes done to the plugin: 1) Currently the plugin performs the forward as a “send”. It does this using the Original email senders name. This is causing issues with MS Exchange environments, because the user needs to have "Send As" permissions - which is not good. We need the plug-in changed, so it actually "forwards” the email just using the users credentials (like a normal email). 2) We need some wording and a logo changed in the plugin. Resources: You will be provided with the full source code for adjustment. There are 2 versions (one for Outlook 2003, and one for Outlook 2007/10) and two separate copies (they are branded differently but otherwise exactly the same). We also have a basic user guide for installation BUT be advised there is no development documentation – so you must be able to install it yourself, then look at the code and see what is going on to fix it. It's a pretty basic plugin so it shouldn't be difficult for someone that knows what they are doing. Timing: We need this fix done fast (it will not take long for someone who know what they are doing). Ideally completed and working in the next 3 days.
