7508 VB6 Conversion to .NET 2005

We currently have a VB6 project that needs to be converted to Visual Basic .NET 2005. In this project we have approximately 80 forms (about half of these forms are very basic and about 5 of them are very complex), 14 modules, 8 class modules, and 21 user controls. The converted application will be running on Windows XP or above to take advantage of the ClickOnce technology along with the com free registration. Listed below are a number of goals that need to be accomplished during the conversion from VB6 to .NET 2005.
