Customer Database in Excel

This should be a quick job for anyone who knows how to program databases and form controls in Excel. I have created two excel documents to serve the purpose of a customer / sales management app. The first is the user interface where I will enter/edit customer data, create orders, and print invoices. The second is the "database" file from with the user interface gets its information. The "database" needs to be a separate file so that I can sync it between multiple computers. I have literally put everything into place, including all the combo and text boxes, I just don't know how to program them. Please take a look at the files I have attached. They are in MS Excel 2007 format. I filled out a few comments throughout the sheet to give you an idea of what im trying to accomplish.
