Create a video from customer's audio testimonial

I have a customer's audio testimonial which is about a minute long. I want to create a video that works with this audio. The content used in the video should be as relevant to the audio content as possible, and the images and music used to be royalty-free. Finally, I want the video to be in flv format to be ready to be uploaded to youtube.
