I have captured photos from our hd video security system that needs enhancement for evidence. We are trying to identify a license plate number and enhance the photos to better identify individuals. I will attach an example of the quality of photo you will be working with. The photo example is zoomed in, but the original can be provided if it is easier to work with. Thanks in advance. We are looking for 3 photos to be enhanced.
