Video Editing for Event Highlights (Quick turnaround required) - VL

PLEASE NOTE: This project is only for those who can deliver based on the timeline described below. I will be filming an event for an exhibition where there will be atmospheric shots, shots of the cocktail party, exhibition, people taking photos at a photowall, and approximately 6 interviews. I need the freelancer to go through the footages and be able to pick out the best bits to give a nice, cohesive view of what the event looked and felt like using the interviews as voiceovers and other shots as cutaways. I will provide an example of the same exhibition that was held in another country. I wil also be providing the music to be used. I will have a first screenthrough of the footages on 27 November, and have them transferred to the freelancer by 28 November 0200 GMT. I will, as much as possible, try to shortlist and let you know which are the shots/takes to use. The file formats will be in MOV and/or MP4. Resolutions of source are in 1080p and the exported final version will also be in 1080p. You will need to piece the videos together with shots I've shortlisted, and also: - adding a soundtrack using royalty-free music (i will provide) - adding supertitles and lower thirds where required (I will provide MOV alphas) - adding visual special effects where required (should be quite minimal) - adjusting audio levels (especially the dialogues), sweetening the audio, sound effects (where necessary) etc - color grading Here is the timeline for this project: - Freelancer will be awarded by 27 November, 1600 GMT - Footage from first event will be transferred to freelancer by 28 November, 0200 GMT - 1st cut of video to be ready from the freelancer by 29 November, 0200GMT - Comments/Feedback for 1st cut will be given to freelancer by 29 November, 0600 GMT - 2nd cut of video to be made available by 30 November, 0600 GMT Subsequent edits will have more flexibility.
