Update existing closing slate animation in 1080p

We have an existing opening / closing animation. This was produced years ago in 480p: [login to view URL] We would like this updated for HD (1920 x 1080p, 30 fps). I can provide a flat (2d) PSD of the logo and do not have any extruded files. The audio can be reused from the above link, which also means the length will be identical to the existing video. The only real change would be at the end of the video...We do not want the new animation to fade out. We want it to end on a static frame which may be extended (depending on the length that we need it to be) Money is a factor for this project, and to save on money we are willing to have an extended schedule - with a final completion date of no later than February 29th.
