Wedding movie editing/cutting and photo editing

We have our wedding movie on 8 cassettes, It's a total of approx. 10 hrs video material and we do have one DVD with approx. 800 pictures. I'd like that someone can cut the movie and edit with spcial effects (modern cutting but with some oriental influence), insert some photoshoped pictures. We need a intro, approx. 5-10 min, we need cutting of all events, and at the end we need a movie that is made of our honeymoon pics and videos. All material will be ready and we will try to note down our ideas but we don't want to tell you what's to do. Only guys who has a special skill for this kind of work are accepted. It should be a topwork. Once you have edited everything, we want to have a look and go over wit again so you can make the final version. I don't know how much would be the price but I am flexible.
