Based on the description you've provided it's a rather simple task at hand. UE5 uses a new rigging system called IK Rig Retargeting. Usually this is a fast task just matching up bone name's to the target skeleton. I'd more than happy to sort this for you as well as providing a walk through talk through of the process at hand to help you perform it in the future. I've put the delivery days to 3 only because as a contingency as without seeing the project/skeleton we'd be working on it's difficult to judge any complications that may arise that you're simply just unaware at this time. But if there isn't any issues we should be able to knock this out in a day or less.
