Voice over and translation service required (Mexico)

Dear Colleague, Hope you are doing well ! We have a new e learning project where we would need to provide voice over artist for a small script. We would require both male and female voice to do the recording as well as the translation from English to Target language. We would require short phrases like “hello”, “how are you?” etc to be recorded. The recordings would be in mp3 format and for non-commercial purpose.
