I am contacting a vendor located in Romania but they speak very little French or English at the company. Looking for someone who will be able to act as an intermediary between me and them because I have questions to be answered regarding how they can deliver the project, which is making a fashion shop vehicle. I am French/English bilingual so someone who speaks Romanian in addition of one these languages or even both will be great. We will be discussing by e-mail or phone call depending on your location. I will tell you what are my concerns or questions, and you will tell me what they say. We might need to go back and forth a few times.
