Here is the link to the dataset: I think using outlines of other objects (like garbage, cityscape) would still make them into flowers, but based on other objects rather than just an outline. At the end I wanted to have a notebook in Google Colab where I can insert picture of object outlines and a model renders me another image of flowers.
