I need a high-end realistic looking 4k human face texture for an existing 3d model. the typology must not be modified. i made a texture on the basis of fotos, but i need the texture behavior more generic (specular areas need to move with the light with the foto based texture all is "baked" into the texture already.) The texture must look very professional also in unity realtime engine later, so no renderings are required. i expect the thee maps as a result: diffuse, specular and normal map. especially the specualar & normal map need to provide large detail, because the user will zoom into the face very close.
