Animate a concept car and removed engine rotating. 25 seconds.

OVERVIEW Thank you in advance for your bid. I need an animation completed that will be made into a high quality HD video. It will last about 25 seconds. There will be no music or sound needed. I use Vegas Pro 13 and I will take your video and complete with my details. WHAT VIDEO WILL SHOW 1. About 5-6 seconds: Create a concept Sedan car (5 passenger) with 4 quick angles... left corner front, driver side, right corner back, hood lifted. 2. About 17-19 seconds: The engine being hooked and lifted from a v frame then rotated and stopped for 1 second, rotated again and stopped for 1 second and will show four sides and the drive-spline. Don't worry... this drive-spline will make sense when I describe it to the winner but we will need a Non-Disclosure Agreement by hand signature and returned before we begin. REFERENCE VIDEOS A. The engine rotating starts at about 50 seconds but your animation will not show internal cutaway, just exterior that we will discuss.
