3D Character for IOS/Android Game

Hi everybody, we need a 3D character for an iphone/android game created with Unity3D. The character should look like the guy in the attached screenshots. Not exactly like him, but just to give you an idea of the character type. Basically it should be a bold, old man with a funny face, created in a mix of realism and cartoon style. We need a ready-to-animate version of this character (to be delivered in the .FBX format). We want to integrate it into our Unity3D game. After the character has been finished, we will post a new job for the animation part as well. Our expectations: We are looking for people with great experience and confidence in what they do and at the same time people seeking for a highly professional, long-term business cooperation. Please send us some example screens/pictures/sketches of 3D-characters you have created previously. Also, it would be great if you can send us suggestions (picture/sketch) of how you think you would create our character. We have lots of other great ideas that we will realize in the near future.
